Safety
Safety and wellbeing
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now: 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU, or 000 in Australia.
Our principles
A Couple Space needs both partners to join. Never pair with someone without their knowledge or consent.
Twoa isn’t for tracking, checking up on, or controlling a partner. Using it that way breaks our terms.
Your answers stay hidden until you’ve both answered, and your coach chats are only ever yours.
Leave your Couple Space or delete your account at any time, from inside the app.
If a relationship doesn’t feel safe
If your partner frightens you, controls who you see or what you do, checks your phone, or hurts you, that isn’t your fault, and help is available. Confidential support lines include:
- US: National Domestic Violence Hotline, call 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788 (thehotline.org)
- UK: National Domestic Abuse Helpline, 0808 2000 247, free and 24/7 (nationaldahelpline.org.uk)
- Elsewhere: find a free, confidential helpline near you at findahelpline.com
To leave quietly, go to Us › Account › Leave this Couple Space. Sharing stops straight away. You can also delete your account entirely.
If you’re struggling
- US: call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline
- UK and Ireland: call Samaritans free on 116 123
- Elsewhere: findahelpline.com
Twoa Coach is a kind helper for everyday relationship moments, but it isn’t a crisis service or therapy.
Report a concern
If you think someone is misusing Twoa, or you need help with a safety issue in the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Safety”. We read every safety report and respond as quickly as we can.
