Delete your Twoa account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the app.

In the app

1. Open Twoa and go to the Us tab.
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete my account.
3. Read what will be deleted, then confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and sign-in.
• Your answers to nightly questions.
• Messages you sent, and photos and voice notes you uploaded.
• Letters you sealed.
• Your Twoa Coach conversation, which only ever lived on your phone.

What stays

• Trips and plans you made together stay with your partner, so their history isn’t torn apart.
• Server backups are overwritten within [30] days.

Can’t open the app?

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, from the address linked to your account if you have one, or tell us your first name and your partner’s first name. We’ll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask a question to make sure it’s really you.
